S80 Wheels fit 940?? 900

Greetings. I own a 1993 945 Turbo and ran across a nice used set of 17" S80 rims, known as the "Arakkis" with an offset of 49, riding on 225/50/17 rubber. I own a set of H&R 25mm spacers, so I'm wanting to know if these wheels/tires will fit on my 900 with the spacers. Many thanks. -Scott in St. Louis
