Center wheel cover option needed 200 1992

I am using 15" wheels from a 90 model 760 on my 245. The small center covers fit fine on the rear, but the spindle on the front makes them not want to fit in all the way. They did fit just OK after I flattened out the cap on the end of the spindle, but not OK enough that one did not pop off.

Attached is a pix. Is there another option to cover the lugs on these wheels?
Thanks.

Looks like there is trouble loading the image. Hope it holds.
