Fuse Issue on 92 240 Wagon 200 1992

I started with what I thought was the bulb out on the driver side tail light. After replacing the bulb, and then switching the socket from the other side, I was unable to get the light to work, so took it to my mechanic. He said he replaced a fuse, and all was well.

A couple of days later, I notice the clock is not working and the radio also has no power. Tail light is still working at this point.

Then, about 20 minutes later, the tail light is out again.

So, what could be causing these multiple fuse failures.
