Engine / Transmission Swap 200 1992

I will shortly be replacing the engine and transmission in an automatic '92 240 with the engine and 5 speed transmission from an '87 240. I've done this before to an '89 240. I will use a flywheel from a later 240 for the cps censor. Are there any other issues I will need to consider that would be different than with the '89? I am hoping to avoid any surprises when I am knee-deep in 240 guts. Thanks for any input.
