What's the difference between Auto & Manual rear ends? 200

I'm converting an auto car to a manual one. I have all the manual parts from the donor car, but would like to avoid swapping rear ends if possible (the donor car is non ABS, the other one has ABS, to mention one of the complications). Can I leave the existing auto rear end in the car? Is the gearing different? Will it bolt up to the donor driveshaft without issue? Any other things I should be thinking about or aware of?

In case it's important, the donor car was an 88 244, the one all the parts are going into is a 91 245SE.

Thanks as always for the help!
