Starter Motor Bolts 700 1990

I noticed my starter motor has only one of the bolts holding it to the engine block.

Can anyone tell me what size or sort of bolt that is? What thread and measurement?

So I can get a replacement without taking the other one out for comparison - that is why I am trying to find the specification.
