Top radiator connection broke off 700

My top radiator hose connection broke off. This is the black plastic part of the radiator that connects to the top radiator hose that then goes to the thermostat. It is about 2 inches long this section on the radiator and it broke off and left me with about 1" which I reconnected the radiator to this 1" piece left.

My question is - what is the fix? A new radiator? Some other fix that is not a whole radiator?
