Lowered the car, can't adjust out driveline vibration. Any tips? 200 1991

I lowered my car (1991 245SE) with a set of sport springs from IPD, Bilstien TC shocks & struts, and adjustable torque rods. I've now got a driveline vibration I can't seem to get rid of. I've been under the car a few times with an angle gauge adjusting the torque rods but I can't seem to get rid of the vibration. This is the same setup I had on my 244 and I never had an issue with that car.

I have been putting jack stands under the trailing arms so that the suspension is still loaded, and measuring the angle on the yoke closest to the center support bearing, and the other angle on the yoke at the rear end. Trying to get them equal & opposite. I think that's what needs to be done, but am I forgetting something? Any tips to make this easier?

Thanks!
