Unless you can find a new (aftermarket or whatever) slave cyl for less than $30, I'd just stick new seals in. Could be the walls are pitted and you'll have to get a new one anyhow.

There's probably a cross reference to seals somewhere. Sure, a rebuild kit would be nice, but all you really need is that seal. And that's pretty much gonna depend on diameter.

I'm a lot more picky about brake hydraulics, but when the worse that can happen is the clutch stops working, or you have to top up the master cylinder periodically... I go on the cheap.

Call around locally. You might be surprised. Doubt autozone would help, but something like Napa might.
