1993 245 Classic engine maintenance 200 1993

Remove the intake manifold, clean everything upstream. Replace the heater hoses with Volvo Hoses. Follow advice on breather box; don't use cheap hoses. Radiator hoses and thermostat. Order new gaskets and o-rings as required.

Flush brakes and tranny

Removing the oil pan is probably unwise. Sounds like the oil was properly maintained, I wouldn't worry about too much about build up

Good luck!
