I just bought my first Volvo - a 1989 245 DL with a 5-speed, and I couldn't be more excited. But today, an idiot light came on and I haven't seen it anywhere before on any other car. Also, I don't have a factory owners manual and it doesn't seem to appear in any online manual. I'm hoping someone here can tell me what it means.

The light has two vertical lines, and in between them, what looks like the hands of a clock, or maybe an incredibly stylized and streamlined 2-bladed fan graphic. I have attached a photo to this post.

Help! What the heck is this light?
