Steerimg rack and tie rods 200 1980

So, been slowly trying to get the GT to run, ride, behave, better. Well, I replaced the shocks and struts and all seems well. Except at higher speeds now (above 50mph) I have this horrible vibration in the steering. So, I went out this morning to check on everything. Ball joints, outer tie rods, bushings, all seem okay. Well, the driver side inner tie rod seems to have some play in it. So, no big deal I can replace that. Well, here is the question. I have "Steering Gear 2" So, CAM setup. Great, I'll order a cam inner tie rod. Well, no so fast. Looking online there is the ZF (not for me) and a CAM setup. Well, than under the CAM set up, I find one calls for 20 MM and one for 19MM input. SO, is there a way of telling? Thank you in advance for any information you all may have!
