Flame trap 700 1987

Took the whole thing apart this morning. The flame trap was a sorry mess no way any gas got thru there. Cleaned throttle body and idle control valve also cleaned the mess on the block and wire harness. Hoses seem to be OK but will do more checking as I wash all including those on the cannister.

Bronce nipple was very easy to clean just set the small hose on the carb cleaner and shoot inside after 3 secs got a very nice jet. Did that on the 2 nipples there.

As I have to make a living I will probably put all togethet next sunday. If anyone has any ideas as to anything that needs yo be done while the manifold is out I would appreciate them.
