Hesitation on Sharp Corners 𖜤]󞩺] 900

My 940 hesitates when I go around a sharp corner (typical 90 degree street corners). This starts happening when the fuel level approaches 1/4 tank remaining. It acts like a car that's running out of fuel, but I know there is plenty of fuel in the tank (it's not the sender telling me there's 1/4 tank remaining when it's actually almost dry).

I'm guessing there is some issue with the fuel pick-up that causes temporary fuel starvation? Seems weird, though--I'd think there would be enough fuel/pressure in the lines that the car wouldn't be starved almost instantly??
