No speeometer, no shift out of 1st, no gas gauge, no temp gauge S90-V90 1998

car today, after oil change yesterday, acted very funny:

Symptoms:
1. No speedometer
2. No gas gauge
3. Would not shift out of first gear.
4. No Temp Gauge


My wife called to report and I suggested she pull over, shut off, wait a minute, and then re-start. Did this and everything worked ok.

Seems to me like some sort of relay or something...

How can all these things be related???

Any ideas?
