ECT AND THE LH ECU 200

I just went through this problem about one month ago.

An identifying check engine light pulling the codes 123. So I pulled together the info from the board and tested per suggestions the voltage and Ohms at the ECU and the EZK computers.b After which I decided to replace the ECT sensor and everything was good until today.

Check engine light is on again. pulled codes and found again 123.
So I tested aging and found this to be true...

At the ECU when engine temp was at approx. 38c/ ohms=2.47 and voltage=1.5
At the EZK when engine temp was at approx. 38c/ ohms=2.47 and voltage=3.39
I believe that these readings are within normal operation.
So why would I be getting this code again?

As far as I can tell and test, all grounds are good at the intake and through the wire harness. The only thing I did after the new ECT was remove the comp. temp board from the instruments and performed the bypass pin 1 to pin 3.

Thanks for any info of thoughts.
