Thanks for the support and information.
I flew off to inspect the car and after looking at it I ended up the successful bidder on the EBay auction.
Now need to arrange for a way to move the vehicle from Pasco, Wa. to Seattle to the barge terminal

Probably. Could drive it if I purchased new tires and got a trip permit or license on it. But it is an old car.
