Doing the Springs/TAB... 200 1989

Any words of wisdom before we start this?... Should we use new hardware/bolts? Locktite/Anti-Seize? Does it have to be torqued? Or just "Armstrong?" Just wondering any potential problems we could face.. The car itself doesn't have much rust. But we still PB B'lasted everything..
Is it best to do the bushings first and the springs after? Or doesn't it really matter?... They are IPD Overload springs. Thanks again.
