Heater/Defroster vacuum controls 200

Coming back from a long trip yesterday, I noticed that the a/c was blowing pretty hard on my feet. The controls were all set to "Off," which usually directs the air to the A/C vents only, with a tiny bit going to the floor. I tried the controls and none worked. All the air was blowing through the a/c vents and to the floor; the defrost switch didn't do anything. I checked and I have vacuum at the white plastic reservoir behind the console. Any ideas where the problem is?
