will the 240 caliper fit onto the 122 mount 444-544

Has anyone ever mounted the 240 caliper to a 122 mount ?

If they do fit, has anyone actually done this conversion to there 544 ? If it has been done can you email me pictures ?

I just disassembled a 122 for the calipers, mounts and backing plates and cannot source a pair of 122 rebuilt calipers. 240 calipers are readily available and if they fit I will go that route.

My S10 2.5L is done and just waiting for my car to be painted so I can get it home and get started. Here are some pictures. http://s1153.photobucket.com/albums/p513/rayj5/
