Where's my vacuum reservoir? Can I just pull it out? 700 1990

Hi all. I was bored and my blower motor has been making noise for ages. I decided to re-lube it, and when I pulled it out, I found a vacuum splice with a cap on it. It looked like it had fallen out of somewhere.

I don't want to pull all the vacuum lines out of the dash, but I want to figure out where this might belong. I think I can see the vacuum reservoir, and one 7 or 8 mm bolt holding it in on the bottom, but I don't know what else holds it in, and don't want to just yank it out for fear of disconnecting many vac lines and making my car ... ahem - "suck".

Cheers
