1991 740 Instrument Ground Location(s)? 700 1991

Can anyone tell me where the instrument panel ground(s) are? Intermittently the instrument panel lights are all dead in the KPII (?) position (the position just before start) and lately I have noticed that the tachometer reads exactly half the RPMs it should. I have had the instrument panel out and flexed the paths and even cooled it down with the spray for that purpose with no problem found. The car runs fine. So, I'm thinking the problem could be instrument panel grounds but I don't know where they are.
Thank you.
