Pre-Wired Heated Seat Harness Location 200 1993

Spent most of the day cleaning out the '93, especially the rockers which I don't believe had ever been cleaned - TONS of crap! What a job! While the seats were out I was planning on installing a late model cup-holder armrest. I discovered that this car is pre-wired for heated seats, though the seats themselves do not have the elements and the center console does not have the switches. I have a complete harness, but learned I only need the switch section that is about 2 ft. long and connects to a grey connector somewhere in the dash. It has to be close - does anyone know offhand where I can find it? I've been looking for about 1 hr. and can't find it. I tried following the blue/red hot wire from fuse 13 but it just disappears.
