There is no codes to find in the LH 2.2.

If it won't even turn over there is a problem with the battery or starter. What voltage do you have on the battery. Maybe an overnight charge is the next thing to do.

Once it turns over again you need to see if there is spark at the plugs, the fuel pumps run, and fuel through the injectors.
