Loose disc in front drive shaft--need solution 200 1988

I put a new driveshaft support bearing on my 88 240 and in the process of removing the old one, I broke off a small dics that was welded inside the shaft. I was using it to push off on when I pulled the old bearing off hte shaft.

Now it is tickling around inside the shaft and I can not get at it with anything to cut it or remove it.

All I want to do is keep it quiet and stop it from making noise everythime I drive the car. I thought about some spray foam to hold it still. Before that, I would locate the disc at the far end laying flat.

Any other suggestions?
