Hmmmm, kind of complicated. The technique I use is to reach in at the upper seat/lower seat juncture and pull the back end of the lower seat up and out (toward front of car). There is enough spring action that the seat is not hurt. From there it is simple to unhook the lower seat. Bend the tabs holding the upper seat at the bottom and pull it out and up. Takes about 60 seconds for each section.
Now, those darn locking side pins on the 245 seat back are the ones that kill me in the heat.
