This edition of name that part is located beneath the break reservoir, has a single, 3-wire electrical connection and vacuum fitting backside and bottom.

It is missing (I think) a fitting coming out of the bottom.

Picture 1 shows the part below the brake bits, picture 2 is kind of front on.
