door ding - undentable? 200

I took a pic of a small dent I have on rear driver's side door. It looks like door was opened one day smack into a bollard or streetlamp post as it put a perfectly little indention right by the door handle which still works fine. I'm wondering could I pop off the door panel and with a block of wood or something like that bang it back out and get it reasonably straight the way it is supposed to be? would the trim also have any chance of going back or is it likely to break being bent back the other way again. Thanks in advance!
