PLEASE HELP Battery was dead, now won't turn over with a jump 200 1991

My 91 240 (M/T) was fine until last night. It had sat for two days. Went to start her up and she was completely dead. Went to jump her and she will crank and on occasion turn over and run for about 5 seconds then die. mostly she just cranks though.

I'm not sure what happened with the battery, or if I need a new one as it was starting fine 48 hours before.

Will a new battery fix the issue or does this sound like an alternator fuel delivery issue?

Thanks in advance. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
