93 240 stumbles, dies, wakens at 65 after 30 minutes of driving 200

Hello gents and ladies, my '93 245 auto with 300k has done this to me four times now in the past month. I will be driving along at highway speed and after 30 to 40 minutes, the engine will stumble and die for about two seconds and then she's fine. Scares the hell out of you as it's always on a highway and things are tight around the DC beltway. Won't do it again all day long. She only does it at highway speeds. I've replaced both fuel pumps and replaced the plugs, wires, rotor, cap last. I'm really perplexed. I originally thought a loose wire but I can almost predict it based on the timing. Best and thanks, Rob
