Hi,

One important tip when you pull the cluster-make sure you label and make note of where your wires go. Unless you have a tachometer there will be a loose red/white wire with a spade terminal unplugged behind the cluster. If you mix up wires and plug in the red/white wire you will very likely fry the cluster. That is most dangerous part of the process. Otherwise check out the links Tony gave you and you should be good.
