88 245 mysterious shutting down 200 1988

I have an odd problem going on with my wagon. It will run and start, idles nice, and runs for 18-20 minutes before dying. Then it will not restart for ten minutes or so only to run for another 20 minutes. I thought it was fuel related and changed the relay, in tank pump, and the main fuel pump. I have cleaned and replaced all the fuses in the fuse box as well. Any ideas as to what could be going on. Thanks
