Sorry, what is actual code. It should be three digits and please let us know which port it is from.

I have yet to hear of "failed" injectors on an LH 2.4 car. Normally it is the wiring to the injectors that goes bad...or something totally unrelated which is why the code is so important.

The reason I put failed in quotes is that in rare instances they do go bad they tend to set of a rich/lean mixture codes as they leak into the intake (especially the cold start injector).
