US and Euro version body chrome trims 200

Hi

I just want to know if the body chrome trims of the US version 240 brick us the same with the Euro version. I got hit by a 10 wheeler and need to purchase a mint rear left side (driver side) quarter panel body trim. Mine is the euro version type.
