Where to *start*? 200 1988

aaron here....my 245, dubbed "Red Cloud" has a curious start problem...

first, background: new wires, plugs, clean intake and sensors...

the problem - every AM - long cranking times before it starts. LOOOONG cranking times - then sputters up an runs fine/starts fine the rest of the day. Suggestions on where to "start"? Cold start sensor?

Other than that, the 245 runs pretty dang fine. 27.7 MPG on my last trip (through MOUNTAINS even!)

thanks all!
