what's your tolerance for miles after broken odometer? 200

Sure you all have dealt with this before... when looking around at 240's for sale, how many miles after a broken odo can you put up with from seller? I think that regular maintenance / oil changes etc. are more important than strictly miles but you sure see alot of 240's for sale with "estimated mileage after broken odometer" out there... I don't mind up to certain point but when you get additional estimated 60k or 80k+ miles on a car for sale it gets me a little nervous you know?
