Worst case...it needs everything including the dash taken apart to fix the blend door.

Realistically, likely a leak that any reputable AC shop can find, repair, vac and refill with R134a by weight. Give or take...$250-350 if it is just an o-ring.

If you also need a sensor (I am pretty sure you have both high and low on that year) or a hose, add the RETAIL price of the part plus about .5 hours labor.
