That being said, this is not a hard job to do with less than professional, but functional, results. This is assuming the system is basically empty of refrigerant.

Find out the weight of refrigerate the car takes, buy a bag of o-rings and a new receiver drier.

Replace all the o-rings in the engine bay and install the new receiver last. This is when you would vac the system if you had access to an appropriate pump.

Fill using the el-cheapo fill hose until you have filled to the appropriate weight of refrigerant. On that system I am not sure how to jumper out the low-side switch so that the compressor will run, but you have to fill with the AC on max and fan at its highest setting.

All told, you probably need no new tools except the fill hose.
