Electronic Control Unit for LH2.4 200 1990

I just discovered, thanks to help from this forum (Bruce), that my fuel pump relay was running with engine off because a previous owner, or someone doing work for the previous owner, had hacked in a ground wire to the relay, bypassing the ECU regulation of the relay (by detecting rpm's) I'm not sure, yet, why they did this, though I suspect it will become obvious when I start driving the vehicle, and assume I will need to replace the ECU, Electronic Control Unit.

Anybody out there know where I can get a good one for a reasonable price?
