Source for a real(uncompensated) temp gauge for my 740T 700 1990

Hey everybody. I want to replace my perma-comp'd temp gauge in my 740.

Does anyone have specs on the size of the hole, and where I can find one? I really wish I could make the 740's gauge read true, with no compensation.

Maybe I could pull one out of a 240 that would fit?

Anyhow, some info would be appreciated.
