How to remove the front seats? 120-130

No you don't "need to". There's one bolt under the middle of the seat in the front. You need two 13mm / 1/2" sockets/wrenches (choose your own combination) as there's a bolt and a nut.

You can feel around, and see that easily.

you can also feel around easily for the ear that holds the seats in the back. They should be easily seen too.

The rear attachment has three holes (for vertical adustment) and one of them will have a bolt through it.

When you are doing the first seat, it'll be easier for you to loosen the transmission tunnel side, rear bolt from the opposite side of the car. So lie on the passenger seat when doing the tunnel-side rear bolt for the drivers seat.

It's literally less than a 10 minute thing. If there's any questions you have lingering next week, then I'll be in Jacksonville Thursday/Friday next week, and could help you out in person.

Did you buy any chance buy a whole chassis out of Arizona lately? I was talking to a guy that sold one over to Jacksonville.
