'94 940 hesitation 900

I've got an electrical gremlin I've been chasing for almost a year.

The car will hesitate on acceleration after a hard stop. The voltage at the coil drops to zero when it hesitates so it does not seem to be fuel related.

I have replaced the power stage twice to no avail. also replaced the MAF.

The CPS was recently replaced.

Idle is not smooth with frequent dips.

Oddly, it seems to hesitate less on a full tank.

It also seems to hesitate more the higher the ambient temp.

What components affect the ignition? What am I missing? Am I chasing multiple problems?
