Poor Idle and hesitation 900 1993

Hey guys, I had some questions. I just got a complete muffler overhaul done after having a severely rusty muffler with holes throughout the system. Now I noticed that the car hesitates slightly when highway driving and has a poor idle as well. I didn't notice it as bad probably due to the muffler being in such bad shape beforehand. Where should I start?
