Where to get a code reader for obd1 700

It's built into the car. The only way to read OBD1 codes for our cars is to use the plug under the hood and record the blinking light patterns.
Some other OBD1 cars (like an 86 camry I very briefly owned) had tools for reading them.

The FAQ has details and instructions for reading the codes with the device under the hood.
