Loose spark plug wire 200 1989

I have a fairly new (10,000) miles on it, set of Bougicord wires. The first wire is a bit loose. Not horribly, but just enough to kinda wonder about...

Is there a way to fix this?... It's the set of wires with the rubber boot, not the metal jackets.. Can I crimp it somehow? Or is there anywhere to buy just one wire?...

Or are they only sold in sets? I feel like I know most of the answer, but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything that I don't.
