no spark Rex/ Ragina system 700 1991

I have a 1991 740 with Rex /Ragina. Problem is no spark. It was failing intermittantly and then finally failed permenantly. I do know that the voltage to the crank angle sensor is low arond 3-4V and I believe the volvo manual says 7V. That is feed by the Rex ECU. Also the coil resistance is about 6800 ohms and the manual says 5000 ohms. It passes the resistance test for the crank angle sensor. Is there a dynamic test, pehaps a pulse. Any suggestions? Thanks
