Looks good. Finding stuff seems to be the big issue. So whatever the menu style, you need a good search engine for the FAQ. The free Google engine works well so that is one possibility. Another, and the one I use, is to create a pdf of the whole site (one big file). I can then search that file using the search capabilities of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Bonus, I have it offline so I use it in the garage or wherever.
