92 740 turbo chugging 700 1992

My 740 turbo sat in my driveway for one year without use. The gas pump was replaced and its now back up and running but with issues. At start up, the motor seems to struggle to stay running. It feels like it wants to stall. When driving, there is a lack of power. You push the gas and the call first looses power then pulses (chugs). If I push the gas real hard it also coughs a bit. I have run a few tanks of gas with fuel cleaner thinking the gas lines could be clogged?

Any thoughts would be helpful.
