LH 2.2 Troubleshooting - Throttle Position Sensor 200 1986

Hi all

Still trying to track down why my 240 starts and then stalls. Working through my Bentley troubleshooting.

I don't think my Throttle Position Sensor/switch is giving me any clear CLICK when I manually adjust the Throttle. I tested the TPS using the technique outlined here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_6dhZzWM54

And it seems to be working fine by that method.

Should the click be truly audible when the engine is not on? If i'm not hearing it is that a sign I should replace it, even if the testing seems to indicate a good sensor?

Thanks!
