how to replace little plastic covers over the windshield wiper hold down nut 200

hi sages- havent been on the forum as a poster for a while but read it every day. hoping this issue would come up but it hasnt. my 92 240 wagon has missing swing cover on the left wiper. the other is intact but these things become brittle and crumble. they normally swing up to uncover the hold down nut. has anyone found or fabricated a cover for these. would seem to be important to cover that position from rust/corrosion, etc. thanks tons oldduke
